Our Mum and baby yoga classes provide a unique opportunity to focus on your physical and mental wellness while bonding with your little one.
This class isnt about getting back to your pre-baby jeans or a quick fix. Through pregnancy and birth the body goes through a lot of change, these classes will help your body recover by addressing the pelvic floor and deep core muscles, building foundational strength that will ensure safe and effective healing.
Mindfulness and breathing techniques will help to manage stresses and anxietes that could arise during this beautiful yet challenging chapter of your life. The classes are diastatis recti safe, many options will be given to suit your specific recovery journey.
